Job Title: Junior IT Recruiter

Location: Poland (Remote/Hybrid/Office)

Company: Victoire—Business and IT Consulting

Salary: [Market Standard, Negotiable]

Employment Type: Part-Time


Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for IT & business consulting roles.
  • Post job openings on various job boards and social media.
  • Conduct initial interviews and assess candidate qualifications.
  • Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.
  • Maintain and update the recruitment database (ATS—Applicant Tracking System).
  • Support the HR team with onboarding and documentation.
  • Engage in employer branding activities and networking events.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience: 0-2 years in recruitment, HR, or talent acquisition. Freshers with strong communication skills can apply.
  • Technical Skills: Knowledge of MS Office, LinkedIn, and recruitment tools is a plus.
  • Soft Skills: Strong communication, organizational skills, and ability to multitask.
  • Languages: English (mandatory), Polish (mandatory).
