CEE Rating and Reviews Lead

We are now looking for a Rating & Reviews Team Leader who will drive the strategy and  processes behind collecting, managing, and retaining customer reviews across four  markets, ensuring consistency, legal compliance, and a superior customer experience. 

Key Responsibilities:  

• Lead and develop an international team managing customer review processes in  PL, CZ, SK, and HU,  

• Design, optimize, and standardize review collection, analysis, and publication  workflows,  

• Cooperate closely with marketing, product, legal, and customer service teams  to ensure unified communication and compliance,  

• Monitor performance metrics and prepare reports on sentiment, satisfaction,  and response quality,  

• Oversee compliance with local and EU legal frameworks,  

• Build and maintain transparent, ethical, and trusted review management  processes,  

• Support brand reputation initiatives and introduce best practices in online  communication and customer engagement.  

Requirements:  

• Minimum 3 years of experience in team management, ideally in an international  or e-commerce environment,

• Experience working with consumer feedback,  reputation management, or customer satisfaction data,  

• Strong understanding of compliance and consumer protection regulations, 

• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills, 

• Fluency in English (C1). 

Nice to have: 

• Experience with Central European markets (PL, CZ, SK, HU),  

• Background in legal, compliance, or trust & safety teams.
