About us:

We are a team dedicated to building a data‑driven HR culture across the CEE region. Within the Total Rewards & HR Operations function, we transform people data into meaningful insights that shape strategic decisions, elevate the employee experience, and strengthen our organization’s effectiveness. We combine analytics, innovation, and business partnership to support leaders with clear workforce trends, reliable headcount reporting, and intelligent tools that enhance the way HR operates.

Key responsibilities: 

• Translate HR and business priorities into data-driven insights that inform workforce strategy and employee experience improvements, 

• Conduct headcount analysis and forecasting to support workforce planning and organizational design, 

• Deliver clear, actionable recommendations to HR and leadership, connecting people data with business outcomes, 

• Build and manage frameworks fordata collection and integration across the employee lifecycle (hiring, onboarding, performance, engagement, retention), 

• Design dashboards, reporting tools, and automation solutions to increase efficiency and scalability of HR analytics, 

• Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance across HR systems and processes, 

• Apply statistical methods and predictive modeling to enhance forecasting and workforce planning, 

• Partner with HR, Finance, and business leaders to definecritical KPIs and ensure alignment with organizational goals, 

• Translate complex data intocompelling stories that influence decision-making, 

• Act as a champion for a data-driven culture across the HR function and the wider business.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in HR/People Analytics, workforce planning, or data analytics roles, 

• Proficiency in visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau), HRIS, and Excel/SQL, 

• Strong knowledge ofheadcount and workforce forecasting methods, 

• Ability to connect data insights to business strategy and communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders, 

• Analytical curiosity combined with strong interpersonal skills, 

• Fluency in English (working language across the region) and Polish, 

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, 

• Proactive, detail-oriented, and business-minded approach.
