We’re looking for an Account Manager - a strategic partner who thrives on nurturing client relationships, driving results, and ensuring our partners get maximum value from our digital and SaaS solutions. You’ll bridge the gap between clients, developers, and product teams to make sure every project delivers measurable business impact.

What You’ll Do
Build and nurture long-term client relationships to drive growth and satisfaction.
Serve as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, from onboarding to ongoing support.
Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell across our SaaS products and digital solutions.
Provide client feedback and market insights to shape product and marketing strategies.
Maintain accurate client data in the CRM for efficient account management.
Develop and execute client acquisition strategies with marketing and advertising teams.
Lead client meetings, workshops, webinars, and other interactive sessions.
Prepare tailored proposals and presentations for prospective and existing clients.
Represent the company at conferences, trade shows, and networking events, including travel as required.
What We’re Looking For
3+ years of experience in account management, client success, or project management in a tech or digital environment.
Proven track record of managing B2B clients, ideally in SaaS or digital marketing.
Strong understanding of digital products and SaaS business models.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills - fluent in both English and Polish.
Comfortable working with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and product managers.
Experience with CRM, Customer Support, or client analytics platforms.
Bonus: familiarity with API-based products, marketing tools, or AI-driven solutions.
