Customer Success Manager / Project Manager (MID/SENIOR)
Join our Business team and bring your skills to the forefront of our innovative projects. Your daily responsibilities will include meeting with the clients and delivering projects. You will have an opportunity to:
Lead local and international projects focused on implementing our AI and generative AI solutions to transform our clients' customer service.
Provide all project management services for implementation including project estimating and planning, resource planning and management, risk and communication management.
Prepare and deliver insightful project status reports and business value updates to both Yosh.AI management and our clients.
Organize, lead, and moderate project team status meetings as well as meetings with our clients to ensure alignment with their business goals.
Cooperate with the IT and Linguistic teams to plan, allocate, and coordinate tasks, ensuring the successful implementation of the technological solution.
Cooperate with a pre-sales team to make project implementation concepts, estimations and plans for potential clients.
Ensure the delivery of key project outcomes and business benefits for our clients, such as contact center cost optimization, implementation of self-service solutions, and enhancement of agent support tools.
Identify and help to remove project roadblocks, handle escalations to avoid impact on project budget, scope or schedule.
Build a strong relationship with the client and Yosh team to ensure the projects are delivered on time, with expected quality and within budget.
Great if you would:
Have 5-10 years of experience in leading projects focused on the implementation of business solutions in large organizations, with a strong emphasis on technology-driven change.
Possess practical, in-depth knowledge of the contact center industry, supported by a proven track record of implementing AI-based or automation solutions (e.g., voicebots, chatbots, agent-assist tools).
Have a practical knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., PMI, PRINCE2).
Be well-organized and punctual in carrying out assigned tasks.
Be independent and proactive in driving projects forward.
Have excellent communication skills and high personal culture, with an openness to other cultures.
Have a strong ability to work in a team and collaborate effectively.
Have an advanced knowledge of the English language.
Have an ability to work under time pressure.
