To continue our accelerated growth, we are looking for a Sales Specialist with a passion for sales, marketing, and B2B relationships, who will help us develop new and existing partnerships in the Czech Republic.
Your responsibilities:
Independently and actively acquire new advertisers and agencies in the assigned market, managing the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract closure.
Achieve individual monthly and annual sales targets by effectively managing a personal sales funnel and client portfolio.
Build and maintain strong, long-term business relationships with new and existing clients to generate recurring revenue.
Prepare personalized sales proposals and conduct professional commercial negotiations tailored to specific client needs.
Deliver professional product presentations and client training sessions to demonstrate the platform's value proposition.
Systematically monitor activities, report results, and forecast sales performance using the CRM system.
Actively build a professional network and generate leads through industry events, social selling (LinkedIn), and market monitoring.
Collaborate closely with Customer Success and Marketing teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and effective promotional campaigns.
Analyze business challenges and implement effective solutions to ensure operational efficiency and goal achievement.
Analyze the market and competitors, and propose solutions to strengthen our position.
Implement AI-driven solutions to streamline workflows and optimize operational efficiency.
Represent the company at marketing events and conferences in the Czech Republic.
What we are looking for (Ideal candidate profile):
Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales (preferably SaaS or Digital Marketing), backed by a proven track record of success.
English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
Fluency in the local market language (min. C1) is essential for effective communication and negotiation.
Documented history of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Advanced negotiation and presentation skills with the ability to close deals independently.
High degree of self-reliance and the ability to proactively build a professional network.
Proficiency in using CRM systems for pipeline management and reporting.
Strong drive for results and eagerness to develop industry knowledge and competitor awareness.

Salary conditions:
During probation period (first 3 months): 40,000–70,000 CZK/month (full-time employment);
After probation: 40,000–60,000 CZK/month (full-time employment) + performance bonus;
Full-time employment contract or freelance cooperation, according to your preference.
