As a Process Expert you will be responsible for finance operations. You will work with client data and binders/slips. You will also be responsible for tasks within the team and the main contact person on the client side- to ensure good relations and timely fulfillment of assigned tasks. In addition to this, you will have the opportunity to broaden your knowledge and develop your skills in insurance finance. 


And what else will be in your duties?


Your responsibilities:

  • Quality Assurance – Conducting quality audits to evaluate tasks performed by processing teams and identifying areas of improvement.
  • Root Cause Analysis – Investigating audit findings and client feedback to determine underlying issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Process Improvement – Proposing automation and process optimization strategies to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Training & Development – Organizing training sessions, refresher courses, and mentoring new hires to maintain high performance standards.
  • Error Handling – Managing process-related errors and ensuring effective resolution to minimize business impact.
  • Reporting & Documentation – Overseeing work allocation, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring timely reporting of key metrics.
  • Compliance & Service Level Adherence – Guaranteeing that all operations meet established Service Level Agreements (SLAs) related to productivity, turnaround time, and accuracy.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Analytical Abilities – Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
  • Communication & Teamwork – Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
  • Process Orientation – Ability to synthesize information, understand policies, and execute process improvements.
  • Technical Proficiency – Familiarity with relevant tools such as MS Office, work trackers, and documentation platforms.
  • Attention to Detail – A meticulous approach to quality checks, error identification, and process optimization.
  • Client-Centric Mindset – Commitment to meeting client expectations and ensuring high levels of service delivery.
  • Time Management – Capability to prioritize tasks and ensure deadlines are met in a structured and organized manner.
