We specialize in securing hardware and software environments, SaaS services and DevOps tools (as few in the world!). We are a partner of GitHub, GitLab and Atlassian, and our products are listed or sold through their Marketplaces and partner sites. In your work as a Partnership & Alliances Manager, you will be mainly responsible for GitProtect.io - a solution for GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket, Jira and Confluence data backup, as well as representing the product in the Atlassian and DevOps ecosystem 🚀

You will be responsible for building, scaling and managing a global partner ecosystem. In this role, you will take ownership of our partner channel strategy, develop high-impact partnerships and drive measurable pipeline and revenue growth through partners worldwide.
This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, global environment and enjoys building long-term, value-driven partnerships across technology ecosystems.
Your responsibilities:
➡ Build, develop, and scale a global partner network, including Microsoft ecosystem partners (Azure, ADO), GitHub, GitLab, and Resellers / VARs;
➡ Recruit, onboard, and activate new partners globally;
➡ Scale existing partners with a strong focus on pipeline generation and revenue growth;
➡ Own and manage the partner-sourced pipeline, including forecasting and reporting;
➡ Co-create and execute the partner channel strategy in close collaboration with leadership;
➡ Work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to drive joint initiatives;
➡ Lead QBRs, partner business reviews, and joint planning sessions;
➡ Monitor partner performance, analyze KPIs, and continuously optimize partner effectiveness.
What success looks like in 12 months?
➡ Predictable partner-sourced pipeline;
➡ Activated Microsoft / GitHub / GitLab partners;
➡ Clear partner models (referral / resale / co-sell);
➡ Reliable forecasting & quarterly planning.
Our expectations (must have):
➡ Minimum 3 years of proven experience building and scaling partner channels within one organization;
➡ Proven experience in partner acquisition and partner management;
➡ Fluent English (minimum C1 level);
➡ Strong background in CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar);
➡ Solid understanding of pipeline management and forecasting;
➡ Experience running QBRs and partner business reviews;
➡ Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze results and KPIs;
➡ Strong sense of ownership and accountability for results;
➡ Excellent business communication and presentation skills;
➡ Strong negotiation skills;
➡ High level of independence, proactivity, and resilience in a fast-changing environment.
Additional expectations:
➡ Readiness to work in a global environment;
➡ Flexibility to collaborate across multiple time zones;
➡ Willingness to travel for industry events and partner meetings.
Nice to have:
➡ Knowledge of additional languages (German, Spanish, French);
➡ University degree in Business, Management or IT;
➡ Experience working in a SaaS product company.
Tools you will use: Google Workspace, Hubspot, Aircall, Cognism, Jira, Confluence, Vocus + we are open to implementing new tools.

Our Offer
Position: Senior Partner Account Manager
Type of contract: UoP/B2B
Salary:
➡ Employment Contract (only in Polnad): 15 000 - 18 200 PLN gross
➡ B2B: 107 - 130 PLN/h net + VAT
Working time: Full-time
Core hours: 9:00-15:00
Working mode: Depends on location
