    Your responsibilities:

    • Acting as the first point of contact for employees and managers in the Marketing Department on all HR-related matters
    • Conducting recruitment projects in the area of ​​marketing
    • Building strong relationships with management and employees based on trust and partnership
    • Co-creating and developing a positive organizational culture in the Marketing Department
    • Proactively identifying areas for improvement, proposing and implementing solutions that minimize risk
    • Acting as a driver of change and initiating positive transformations in the organization
    • Supporting management in finding optimal solutions for employees
    • Effectively managing difficult situations, conducting disciplinary conversations and resolving conflicts
    • Overseeing HR processes such as: performance management, salary reviews, employee development plans and talent reviews.
    • Managing onboarding and offboarding processes, including conducting exit interviews
    • Implementing training and development programs, including retention and succession planning
    • Proactively supporting and implementing local and global HR policies, processes and projects
    • Conducting and analyzing employee engagement/satisfaction surveys


    Our requirements:

    • Higher education in Human Resources Management or Psychology
    • Minimum 3 years of experience in HR, preferably in an HRBP position
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
    • Project Management skills
    • Excellent time management and prioritization skills
    • Analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Knowledge of labor law
    • Presentation (training) skills
    • Knowledge of languages - English (fluent)
