We're looking for an experienced HR Generalist to join our People & Culture team. To thrive in this role, we are looking for someone who demonstrates high integrity, a positive attitude, and a strong attention to detail, along with a results-driven mindset. This position offers significant potential for growth, and in it, you will:


  • Maintain the HRIS (BambooHR), employee records and documents.
  • Coordinate and assist with employee engagement initiatives and events.
  • Support payroll processing in coordination with payroll vendors in Poland 
  • Assist with HR documentation, monitor contract expiration and probationary reviews.
  • Conduct annual updates on employee records (holiday entitlements updates, year-end holiday closeout, benefit reviews, etc.). 
  • Support M&A initiatives and assist with integrations.
  • Manage the onboarding and offboarding process across the Group.
  • Support employees with a range of queries related to policies, procedures and benefits.
  • Monitor, review and update HR policies.
  • Manage benefits plans and benefits platform.
  • Assist with administrative tasks.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR systems and various People initiatives.
  • Support the Talent Acquisition team on the recruitment process as needed.
  • Be an ambassador of a people-centric culture and driver of company values.
  • Assist with other projects as assigned.



QUALIFICATIONS, TRAINING, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS


  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in HR, ideally in a fast-paced or tech-driven environment.
  • Solid understanding of employment law and payroll processes in Poland.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build trusted relationships at all levels.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • High attention to detail, data accuracy, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Hands-on experience with HR systems. 
  • A tech-savvy, self-starter mindset with a flexible and solution-oriented approach
  • Passion for people, culture, and process improvement

Great to have:

  • Experience supporting multi-country teams or remote-first companies
  • Previous involvement in M&A or change management projects
