We're looking for an experienced HR Generalist to join our People & Culture team. This position offers significant potential for growth, and in it, you will:
- Maintain the HRIS (BambooHR), employee records and documents.
- Coordinate and assist with employee engagement initiatives and events.
- Support payroll processing in coordination with payroll vendors in Poland
- Assist with HR documentation, monitor contract expiration and probationary reviews.
- Conduct annual updates on employee records (holiday entitlements updates, year-end holiday closeout, benefit reviews, etc.).
- Support M&A initiatives and assist with integrations.
- Manage the onboarding and offboarding process across the Group.
- Support employees with a range of queries related to policies, procedures and benefits.
- Monitor, review and update HR policies.
- Manage benefits plans and benefits platform.
- Assist with administrative tasks.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR systems and various People initiatives.
- Support the Talent Acquisition team on the recruitment process as needed.
- Be an ambassador of a people-centric culture and driver of company values.
- Assist with other projects as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS, TRAINING, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in HR, ideally in a fast-paced or tech-driven environment.
- Solid understanding of employment law and payroll processes in Poland.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build trusted relationships at all levels.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- High attention to detail, data accuracy, and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Hands-on experience with HR systems.
- A tech-savvy, self-starter mindset with a flexible and solution-oriented approach
- Passion for people, culture, and process improvement
