Summary: The Payroll Analyst is responsible for managing the payroll process across multiple European entities, focusing primarily on UK payroll. The role ensures compliance with payroll regulations, coordinates with various teams, and facilitates timely and accurate payroll processing.

Main Responsibilities:
Owning the end-to-end payroll process for multiple European entities (monthly paid) with a high focus on UK payroll.
Responsible for collating and transmitting payroll input, reviewing output, and providing primary approvals while working with the outsourced payroll vendor.
Knowledge of relocation and equity taxation and payroll processing rules.
Ensuring all payments and statutory reporting to Tax/Social Security authorities, Pensions, etc., are reconciled and paid accurately and on time.
Liaising with Finance, Reward Team, Internal Tax Team & Global Payroll Manager to resolve issues and align with best practices.
Supporting monthly HMRC and year-end tax review and validation processes.
Answering all employee queries within agreed SLAs.
Assisting with internal/external payroll audit tasks.
Reporting annual RSU awards, stock options, and grants via payroll while reconciling to source documents from the Equity Team.
Working with internal stakeholders to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
Liaising with tax authorities, pension and benefit providers, and other third parties as needed.
Involvement in ad hoc projects such as new payroll setup, Short Term Business Visitor reporting, A1 compliance, etc.
Key Requirements:
Strong experience of processing European payrolls, particularly in the UK and Ireland.
Proven ability to meet multiple deadlines with accuracy and attention to detail.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
High level of customer focus.
Pro-active nature to solve issues and suggest process improvements.
Good understanding of payroll processes and procedures, including SOP documentation.
