Sales Operations Lead
Our mission is to provide the highest level of expertise, skilled personnel, and construction services to clients around the world. We specialize in the oil & gas, industrial, and shipbuilding sectors. Our headquarters is in Kraków, with additional offices in Tarnów and Rzeszów. We focus primarily on operations in Norway, but we also work in Iceland, Sweden, Denmark, Germany and Canada. We already have clients, a strong reputation, and extensive experience in what we do.
Your responsibilities:
Monitoring the achievement of sales targets as well as KPI and OKR metrics,
Analyzing sales data in HubSpot and other reporting tools,
Preparing reports and presentations for the Head of Sales,
Verifying and settling sales results against established targets,
Identifying trends and recommending improvements to sales processes.
Your profile:
Experience in analyzing and reporting sales performance (KPIs, OKRs, targets),
Knowledge of CRM systems, preferably HubSpot, and reporting tools,
Strong analytical skills and ability to work with large datasets,
Independence, accuracy, and good work organization,
English language proficiency at a minimum B2 level,
Knowledge of Norwegian will be an additional advantage.
