Junior AML Specialist with German and English

We are seeking a highly motivated person to join our growing compliance team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the security of our platform by conducting comprehensive video verification and onboarding of our Swiss clients. You will be responsible for implementing and maintaining our AML program, ensuring compliance with Swiss regulations, and contributing to a risk-free trading environment.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough video verification of new clients to verify their identity and prevent fraud.
• Onboard new clients, ensuring compliance with all relevant KYC and AML regulations.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Swiss AML regulations and industry best practices.
• Assist in the development and implementation of AML policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure a seamless customer onboarding experience.

Requirements:

• Excellent command of English and German (both written and spoken).
• University degree (or in progress), preferably in majors such as Law, Administration, Internal Security, Banking, or Finance.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and under time pressure.
• Strong organizational skills, particularly in a remote work environment.
• Demonstrated independence in carrying out assigned tasks.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proven experience in a KYC role within the financial services industry.
• Basic understanding of AML regulations and industry best practices.
• Proficiency in French or Italian is a plus.
