Marketing Team Coordinator

We’re looking for a Marketing Team Coordinator to take charge of our marketing team’s daily operations, ensure that plans are executed on time, and help the department thrive.

If you’re equally comfortable managing people, negotiating deals, and jumping into creative brainstorms, this might be the perfect role for you.

Your responsibilities will include:

👥 Managing the marketing team’s workflow by assigning tasks, setting goals, following up on progress, and holding regular 1:1 meetings.

📅 Executing and coordinating marketing projects by turning strategy into actions and ensuring that deadlines are met.

🤝 Leading business negotiations and handling contracts and agreements with external partners, including sponsorship deals.

💡 Bringing new ideas to the table to improve our marketing performance and introduce fresh initiatives.

🛠 Solving unexpected challenges quickly and effectively in a fast-moving environment.

We are looking for someone with:

✅ At least 4 years of experience in marketing and a solid understanding of marketing workflows and campaign execution.

✅ Experience in team management and the ability to motivate and guide others.

✅ Experience in business negotiations and confidence in handling contracts, sponsorships, and partnerships.

✅ Strong communication and organizational skills that help maintain clarity and structure even under pressure.

✅ Fluency in English and Polish
