    Junior Account Manager (in the Event & Marketing Industry) | only for STUDENTS.


    Client Communication:

    Act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring satisfaction.

    Respond to client inquiries and provide timely updates on event progress.


    Event Coordination:

    Assist in the planning and execution of events, including logistical arrangements and on-site coordination.

    Collaborate with vendors, venues, and service providers to ensure all aspects of the event run smoothly.


    Sales Support:

    Prepare proposals, presentations, and contracts for potential clients.

    Assist in identifying new business opportunities and generating leads.


    Project Management:

    Manage event timelines, ensuring all tasks are completed on schedule.

    Coordinate with internal teams to align on event goals and deliverables.


    Budget Management:

    Assist in the preparation and monitoring of event budgets.

    Ensure cost-effective solutions while maintaining quality standards.


    Marketing and Promotion:

    Support the marketing team in promoting events through various channels, including social media, email campaigns, and print materials.

    Assist in creating promotional content and marketing materials.


    Data Analysis and Reporting:

    Collect and analyze data related to event performance and client feedback.

    Prepare reports and presentations to communicate insights and recommendations.


    Administrative Duties:

    Maintain accurate records and documentation related to client accounts and events.

    Support day-to-day administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings and managing calendars.


    Continuous Improvement:

    Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve event services.

    Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
