Our recent expansion to Poznań offers you an opportunity to join a fully integrated branch of AddRetail and be part of a team that brings expertise and a collaborative spirit to our projects and customers.  

 

Your role: 


As a Digital Analyst at our Poznan office, you will play a crucial role in our mission to enhance digital performance for our clients. Your key responsibilities will include: 

  • Implementing, configuring and maintaining analytics solutions like Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager to collect data relevant for our clients’ business goals.
  • Analyzing existing GA4 and GTM implementations, recommending and carrying out improvements.
  • Analyzing collected data and presenting insights in clear, actionable reports. 
  • Planning user behavior tracking in all stages of their user journey with privacy concerns in mind.
  • Cooperating with web department to capture digital behavior in emerging channels such as digital folders. 
  • Advising clients on attribution and conversion models for their reporting. 
  • Recommending extra measuring tools to enhance digital performance. 

 

What we're looking for: 


  • At least 1+ years of experience in projects involving setting up and configuring Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to capture and measure digital performance data, gained either in an agency or on client’s side.
  • Very good communication skills in English (minimum B2) and Polish.
  • Experience preparing reports in the area of digital marketing and user behavior.
  • Analytical thinking and ability to draw conclusions based on data.
  • Understanding of digital marketing allowing for comfortable discussion on key digital marketing metrics and concepts.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and to contribute individually. 

 

Any of the below will be a plus: 


  • Experience building dashboards and reports in Looker Studio.
  • Knowledge of BigQuery, SQL and experience gathering data from various sources including online and offline.
  • Familiarity with Matomo, Piwik Pro, or other alternatives to Google Analytics. 
  • Working knowledge of JavaScript.
