What we do?


Aion Bank is a fully regulated European bank and credit institution that combines Vodeno’s proprietary, private blockchain-based platform with its ECB banking license, balance sheet and regulatory and compliance expertise to offer a comprehensive suite of embedded banking products.

We are currently looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner ready to join our adventure and share our ambition.


What you will be doing?


  • Execute recruitment strategies for a variety of banking roles, from entry-level to senior positions
  • Source candidates through various channels, including online databases, professional networks, and referrals
  • Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates' suitability for specific roles
  • Manage the offer process, including compensation negotiations
  • Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders within the bank
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in recruitment
  • Participate and drive recruiting related projects


Skills you should have


  • 5+ extensive experience in recruitment, with a focus on the banking sector - this is a must
  • Strong understanding of banking operations, products, and services
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations related to recruitment
  • Ability to work well with other team members toward a common goal 
  • Drive for delivering results and ensuring the best candidate experience 
  • Ability to efficiently communicate in both: Polish and English languages
