Opis stanowiska

In the Business Services & Automation area we focus on automation of processes used by Allegro employees (e.g., we develop chatbots, mailbots, robotics) and we care about their satisfaction with IT services and tools. We use state-of-the-art and proven technologies supporting back office processes (e.g. Salesforce, Google Workspace, SAP, Cognos, Genesys, Smartrecruiters, Slack, Zoom, UiPath, ServiceNow). We manage workstations, printers and mobile devices and are the first line of IT support.

Our department has over 100 professionals and engineers in six teams: IT Support, Digital Workplace, CX tech, Commerce tech, HR tech, Finance tech.


We are looking for people who:

  • Have a very good understanding and knowledge of IT Systems that support workflow management, knowledge base, document management, project management, collaboration tools, instant messaging.
  • Can work with little supervision and effectively interact with business stakeholders
  • Can effectively run IT Projects
  • Have experience with business analysis
  • Have previous experience with ITSM systems (i.e. ServiceNow, JIRA, Zendesk)
  • Know English on at least B2 level and can work with international stakeholders
  • Enjoy working in a team environment and have very good communication skills
  • Are self-starters and can show initiative and effectively prioritise tasks
  • Have at least 3 years of experience in managing IT products/systems in e-commerce, technology, retail/FMCG or equivalent field - we’re looking for someone that can easily translate internal client requirements into specific IT solutions as well as can coordinate collaboration with multiple teams
  • Have at least 3 years of experience in complex IT Project Management (defining road maps, resource planning, risk analysis, stakeholder management)
  • Have experience working in agile teams
  • Can back up the recommended solutions with solid data - every strategic decision is “data based” and we’re defining a set of KPIs for each decision
  • Look at the product from the point of view of end users
  • Achieve set goals and have proven track record of successful deliveries in past
  • Have Master’s degree or equivalent experience
