🫡The work as a ClickUp Hero will mainly involve supporting clients in implementing and customizing the ClickUp platform to their needs, as well as providing training and consultations on effectively using ClickUp. This position is remote, allowing for flexibility in working hours.

• Excellent knowledge of the ClickUp tool and the ability to configure and customize it to meet company needs.
• Analytical thinking in adapting ClickUp features to business requirements.
• Excellent organization and time management skills to effectively maintain the ClickUp system.
• Communication skills, customer service, and the ability to convey information clearly.
• Independence, initiative, and the ability to handle problems without supervision.
• Good self-management skills to efficiently achieve goals and tasks.
• Project management.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position.
• Proficiency in the English language at least at a communicative level (minimum B2).
• Fluency in Polish
• Familiarity with Make and other no-code tools is desirable.

🎯 Scope of responsibilities:

• Configuration and customization of the ClickUp platform according to client needs.
• Providing professional technical support to clients regarding ClickUp.
• Conducting training sessions and consultations with clients to ensure effective use of ClickUp.
• Resolving technical issues and providing assistance to clients as needed.
• Creating personalized templates, forms, and data structures in ClickUp.
• Monitoring the performance and effectiveness of ClickUp and suggesting improvements.
• Collaborating with the team to ensure consistency and optimal utilization of ClickUp.
• Documenting processes and best practices related to ClickUp.
• Tracking new features and capabilities of ClickUp and participating in industry training.
• Independently managing client communication and planning and conducting meetings with clients.

The salary basis for full-time employment is PLN 9 840,00 pln net invoice (with a B2B contract) or PLN 9 840,00 gross with a Contract of mandate.

There is also the possibility of part-time employment. Within the framework of freelance work, the rate is PLN 60 per hour.
