    As an App Store Optimization (Google Play) Specialist, you will be responsible for optimizing our app's presence and performance in Google Play. You will work closely with the marketing, development, compliance and product teams to enhance visibility, drive organic downloads, and improve conversion rates. This role involves close collaboration with the Google Ads manager, working on improving Google Ads conversions through the development and optimization of custom store listings.



    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute strategies for App Store Optimization (Google Play) to improve app visibility and drive organic growth
    • Enhance synergy between Google Play optimization and Google Ads by coordinating strategies to maximize app visibility, downloads, and increase conversions
    • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and performance tracking for Google Play
    • Optimize app metadata, including titles, descriptions, screenshots, and keywords, to maximize search rankings and conversions
    • Monitor and analyze app performance metrics, user feedback, and market trends to identify opportunities for optimization
    • Collaborate with the design team to create compelling app store assets, including icons, screenshots, and videos
    • Work closely with the development and product teams to ensure app updates and features align with optimization strategies
    • Provide regular reports on app performance, Google Play efforts, and to stakeholders
    • Stay updated with the latest industry trends, best practices, and algorithm changes for both App Store and Google Play Store


    Technical Qualifications:

    • Google Play Optimization (GPSO): Profound experience in Google Play Store optimization, including a deep understanding of Google Play algorithms, best practices, and tools
    • Google Ads: Fundamental knowledge of Google Ads, including its structure and functionality, to achieve better synergy between Google Play optimization and Google Ads
    • Custom Store Listings: Experience working with Custom Store Listings for different targeting criteria (e.g., by country, for Google Ads, by keywords), understanding the principles and interaction with main store listings
    • Data Analysis: Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. Proficiency in analytics tools and platforms
    • Keyword Research and Optimization: Expertise in conducting keyword research, optimizing metadata, and improving search rankings for apps
    • ASO Tools: Proficiency with ASO tools such as SensorTower, AppTweak, AppFigures, etc.


    Requirements:

    • Proven experience as an ASO Specialist or similar role
    • Experience in Marketing, Statistics, Data Science, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
    • Strong understanding of app store algorithms, optimization techniques, and industry best practices
    • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data insights in a clear and actionable manner
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
    • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
