    What will you work on as Demand Generation Manager?


    • As Demand Generation Manager, you will lead a team that executes marketing activities and develops sales opportunities across our portfolio of Atlassian professional services. Working in close partnership with the sales team, you will drive growth within the existing customer base while bringing new target customers into the sales pipeline. 


    What tasks await you in this role?


    • oversee the planning and execution of all integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, email, paid advertising, paid social, and organic content;
    • ownership of B2B KPIs and achievements related to new sales pipeline generation;  
    • collaboration is at the heart of our demand generation strategy. As the Demand Generation Manager, you will work closely with the delivery, sales, and product marketing teams to ensure alignment and maximize the effectiveness of our demand gen program;
    • you will be responsible for overseeing the performance of our content marketing programs. Your leadership will be crucial in driving success in the following areas:  
    • web content creation, customer-centric landing pages, thought leadership articles, and guides.
    • social media content: writing engaging LinkedIn posts, providing content supporting webinars and podcast production
    • sales enablement content: Creating customer case studies, sales decks, comparison sheets, reports & guides
    • content distribution: Recycling pillar content formats into social media posts & newsletters
    • oversee the promotion and marketing around our biggest industry event “Jira Day by Deviniti”;
    • bring your expertise and influence to teams outside of your immediate team, across the sales and delivery team, and to the broader business through mentoring.


    You are the one we’re looking for, if:

    • you have the following skills:

    

    • 6+ years of marketing at a B2B software/tech / SaaS company;
    • experience building, executing, and scaling complex B2B marketing programs, including overseeing the end-to-end strategy and coordinating the successful launch across multiple channels and audiences;
    • proven track record of understanding how to build and deploy B2B campaigns from concept through to delivery;
    • successful history working across a diverse set of stakeholders and teams, influencing and executing across multiple geographies;
    • knowledge of the Atlassian partner ecosystem or similar technology partner ecosystems is a strong advantage.
    • you can also work in a team! In particular, we value:
    • excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with senior-level management, internally and externally;
    • highly organized and detail-oriented team player and leader;
    • excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
