Remote IT Project Manager (German C1)

Requirements

• A degree in Information Technology, Business Administration or any cool related field
• Experience as an IT Project Manager, rocking web, mobile, and CRM projects (min. 2 years)
• Fluent in German (min. C1) and English (C1), with mad communication skills in both languages
• Know the ins and outs of project management methodologies and best practices
• Know the software development process and technical talk
• Kickass with project management tools and software (not just Excel)
• A natural leader who can rally the troops and create a kickass work environment
• You've got a magic wand for problem-solving and decision-making
• Bonus points for PMP, PRINCE2 or Scrum certification—show us your badges!

Responsibilities

1. Be the superhero of project management for web, mobile, and CRM projects, making sure everything runs smoothly and we hit our targets on time and within budget
2. Team up with our amazing developers, designers, and stakeholders to define project requirements, goals, and deliverables
3. Whip up some killer project plans with resource allocation, task assignments, and timelines that'll make everyone go "Wow!"
4. Keep a hawk-eye on project progress, identify and squash any risks that pop up, and keep everyone in the loop with regular updates
5. Facilitate communication between our talented team members, making sure everyone's on the same page and accountable for their awesomeness
6. Watch the cash flow, manage budgets, and keep a tight grip on costs—we like to spend smart!
