Offer stage - Welcome to the Food family!

🚀 Your tasks:

• Support eCommerce store josera.pl 

• Various online activties to boost online sales, e.g. promos, projects, promote products, set up content 

• Preparation and implementation and forcasting of promotions 

• Analyzing data and reporting of different online marketing KPIs 

• Analyses & further processing of data for business

• Assistance and own responsible for different eCommerce projects 

• Interface function 

• Direct customer support for the Josera.pl store; by telephone; e-mail; chat

🎯 Expectations:

• Experience within digital & e-commerce (min 2-3 years exp) - Understanding of Shop-system - Experience in Tools to analyze data, e.g. Google Analytics, etc

• You demonstrate a strong customer and service orientation and process understanding - High self-responsibility to work on your own on different tasks and projects 

• You possess excellent English skills (B2+) 

• 1 x per month maximum travel to Kleinheubach office or to Nowy Tomyśl
