(Senior) IT/OT Specialist for system integration & deployment

We are an international medical corporation, providing products and services in the healthcare industry offering life-saving essential drugs and medical devices for infusion, transfusion and clinical nutrition. 🩺💊

Our Shared Service Center in Wroclaw has existed since August 2014 and brings together accountants working for 16 European markets. There are already 200 of us, but we are still growing and expanding our scope of operations.

This is how your responsibilities would look like: 💻

• Active interface towards our production units, to define and review requirements and business cases of our internal production units and derive requirements, metrics, and solution design out of production processes
• Support and coordination of the worldwide plant digitisation initiative and related projects
• Coordination, validation, and implementation of application releases & patches
• Validation of application design with stakeholders to ensure conformity with business requirements and needs as well as the strategic implementation into the overall system architecture
• System configuration and development of application interfaces and components, e.g. MES PAS-X, Hydra, LIMS
• Key user trainings, remote and on site

We also need to have some requirements, so here they are: 📚

• Bachelor's / Master’s degree in computer science, business, or a related field, with more than 4 years related experience
• Project experience from MIT process consulting or tool implementation and knowledge in technical implementation as well as in the production and validation of pharma industry according to GXP & GAMP5
• Proven experience in MIT and IoT applications and architectures OPCUA, WEBService, SQL, XML, Jason
• Proven experience with professional programming like C# or LUA
• Familiar with business process design concepts and principles, with focus on digitalisation, IoT, Industry 4.0 and operational technology in production sites
• Ability to transform customer requirements into a workable design at the functional and/or technical levels
• Good moderation skills with a also good background of project management
• Willingness to travel, very good English language skills
• Intercultural competences and Team-player
