About this role 

We're on a mission to help developers deliver software faster. Handsontable, our flagship product, has become one of the world's most popular JavaScript data grid components. 

We are now seeking an Account Executive with a natural talent for building relationships and making connections effortlessly. The ideal candidate has a successful track record in Customer Success, Account Management, or Enterprise Sales in the software company. 


About you 

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Inbound Sales, Business Development, or a similar role where the primary responsibility was assisting customers via email and phone. 
  • Fluent in spoken and written English, as you will be working exclusively with English-speaking clients in the USA and Western Europe markets. 
  • Fluent in spoken and written Polish.
  • Proven experience in building and maintaining long-term relationships with customers. 
  • Familiarity with one of the popular CRM systems such as Pipedrive, Salesforce, Hubspot, Zendesk Sell etc. 
  • Proactive mindset and the ability to organize your work independently.
  • Knowledge of sales and negotiation techniques, including BANT, MEDDIC, or similar methodologies, as well as the deal lifecycle. 
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously while maintaining a high level of attention to detail. 
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Experience in creating and delivering presentations to various stakeholders.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and coordinate with other departments to achieve company goals.


Your role 

  • Develop, manage, and expand business development relationships with customers and key partners. 
  • Identify opportunities to up-sell and cross-sell to existing customers.
  • Handle email inquiries from inbound leads and schedule online meetings acting as an expert on our software product licenses.
  • Pro-actively initiate updates to our offering. 
  • Help develop and execute B2B sales strategy. 
  • Collaborate with other teams on cross-organizational projects. • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
