Recruitment forour Client, an international corporation from the IT services and technology industry, we are actively searching for an Accounting Team Leader with English.
Your responsibilities
- Managing a team of 4 people
- Providing operational support to team members - facilitate knowledge sharing and task delegation
- Setting goals and conducting performance appraisals for the team
- Coordinating of collaboration with SSC
- Participating in month/year closing process
- Invoice processing – via document workflow platform
- Coordinating the settlement of business trips and expenses
- Preparing of VAT calculations
- Responsibility for access managing to banking
- Cooperation with internal and external auditors, tax office, Central Statistical Office and NBP
- Participation in the audit and preparation of financial statements
Employer requirements
- Wide experience relating to accounts payable activities including providing timely and accurate payment to vendors
- Experience in coordinating or managing a team – nice to have
- University degree preferable in Accounting, Finance or Economics
- Proficiency in English
- MS Office literacy (especially Excel)
- Good analytical skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a team player mindset
