    About the role:

    We are looking for a Market Manager who will be a part of the EMEAI Digital Office – supporting E&A. This role will not only manage the Digital Intake Process within a subregion but also close the loop by tracking stated benefits vs actual performance. This role is essential in ensuring that digital initiatives prioritised deliver the highest business value. The ideal candidate will have a strong commercial background and the ability to foster relationships that drive alignment and open communication.

     

    In this role, you will: 

    • Help with analysis to support defining key Value Driving Digital priorities for the region.
    • Validate business cases & product viability at a country level
    • Collect necessary insights and data to enable assessment of market maturity & readiness to support prioritisation of solutions.
    • Support with stakeholder engagement and building the commercial mindset in the business.
    • Follow implementation – tracking progress on realization of benefits
    • Be able to deeply understand problem statements and able to fully communicate these, partnering with product design teams during discovery phases to ensure solution proposed is meeting business needs & expected outcome
    • Collaborate with necessary partners to track status of requests, supporting where necessary.
    • Manage stakeholders to keep them informed of the process, status of requests. 


    Our Requirements:

    • 5+ years of IT and business/industry work experience.
    • Background in digital analytics and business commercial experience.
    • Preferably experienced in the discovery of digital products.
    • Strong business and commercial acumen combined with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective relationship-building with stakeholders at all levels, both internal and external.
    • Understanding of user behavior, preferences, and pain points.
    • Ability to identify, clarify, and advocate for the best value-delivering opportunities for digital investments.
    • Proven skills in influence, persuasion, communication, finance, and organizational change.
    • Confidence in asking challenging and difficult questions to business and functional leaders.
    • Comfortable communicating and presenting to senior leadership.
