Who are we, and what do we do?
HR Hints is the first HR boutique operating on a subscription model. We are a team of HR experts that has supported over 80 companies worldwide, teaching leaders how to be better in the People area. We work hands-on, being part of the company we work with, which allows us to be not only people- but also business-driven at the same time. We show founders and managers how to build organizations based on engaged people who deliver.
HR Hints works according to its proprietary method for building organizational cultures - Culturivy. This method is described in a book coming out at the end of June 2023: "Culturivy: The Power of Changing a Workplace”. This is an essential guide on how to create resilient cultures where people and businesses flourish.
We have tried and tested our method of co-building companies like i.a. ShopRunner, Codewise, Going., Kulczyk Investments, Inovo Venture Partners, Ramp Network, Zowie, Infermedica, Aleph Zero, LiveKid, Vue Storefront, JOKR, Foodsi, Tech To The Rescue, edrone, Market One Capital, Radio357, or Plente.

What is this role about? Your 'general scope' will look more or less like this:
- providing HANDS-ON long-term HR support to founders, leaders and managers of our partners in several areas: communication, organisational culture, giving and receiving feedback, setting up recruitment processes, people development and other HR processes (all within a HR subscription model);
- solving actual issues with and for our partners (startups, small & medium enterprises, investors, growing technology companies);
- supporting recruitment processes by helping to profile new roles and setting up the most effective selection process (P&C Partner is not the recruiter here, but helps to understand the needs, to determine expectations and can be part of the recruitment panel);
- analyzing trends, drawing conclusions, taking them into account when building processes or providing advice to our partners;
- working with and being part of the creation of Culturivy original method,
- sharing knowledge, building an HR community - Culturivy Platform for HR
- representing HR Hints on conferences and other events
What do you need to succeed as a People & Culture Partner at HR Hints?
- experience of working as an HR support for both people and business (yes, we know business is people, but it's about combining the two worlds, e.g. in roles such as HR Business Partner, HR Manager, HR Generalist and such);
- knowledge and understanding of the startup and small & medium enterprises environment and a passion for working with their challenges;
- ability to create and communicate an outcome of HR activities;
- growth mindset - which basically means embracing challenges, learning from criticism and finding lessons and inspirations,
- kindness and willingness to help others - it probably won't always be easy, we won't always walk on rose petals :), but honesty and being ruthlessly fair to the HR Hints team and our partners is what we build communication and cooperation on, so that we can help each other when we need to and - after a while - bathe in champagne together;
- experience in recruitment and knowledge of recruitment trends;
- an approach: "an HR professional is a problem solver" - if you know about yourself that difficulties do not paralyse you, but are an interesting puzzle to solve, we will get along;
- an advanced level of English (B2, spoken and written);
- the desire and excitement (which we also have) to build Poland's first HR boutique for startups, small & medium enterprises and technology companies.
