Procurement and Supply Chain Controller

Job Purpose

• Energetic and dynamic Controller to join the team handling the controlling of the Operation and Supply Chain organisations and be a key actor of the reporting and accounting processes.

Main Responsibilities

• Work with procurement and supply chain teams to develop and manage budgets for procurement, logistics, warehousing, and transportation,
• Review and analyse monthly performance, explaining cost variance to the budget, including the development of the inflation equation vs. the plan,
• Analyse and explain the Sector’s stock evolution, following up on improvement initiatives,
• Ensure that finished goods stock evaluation and E&O are according to Group accounting standards,
• Prepare capital expenditure plans and business cases for supply chain and following up on execution,
• Support the procurement and supply chain organisation with strategic business case,
• Ensure compliance with procurement and supply chain financial policies and procedures,
• Provide financial analysis and support to procurement and supply chain teams.

Qualifications and Experience

• 5+ years of professional experience, Big 4 a plus,
• Ability to work under pressure, understand priorities and deliver on time,
• Strong communication skills, fluent in English,
• Result oriented, hands-on attitude,
• Team Player, ability to work in a cross-cultural environment,
• Advanced Excel knowledge, Power BI a plus,
• ÜCognos and JD-Edwards knowledge would be advantageous.
