Requirements:
🧠 At least 3-4 years of relevant experience in an international payroll environment, with a focus on Polish payroll
🧠 Solid English skills (min. B2)
🧠 Advanced Excel skills
🧠 Experience with Workday
Responsibilities:
💡 Collaborate with the Payroll provider and internal departments to guarantee precise and punctual payroll processing
💡 Review and verify intricate payroll data from the provider to ensure employees receive accurate and timely payments
💡 Interpret and analyze complex payroll policies and requirements to comply with country-specific regulations
💡 Enhance system compliance by refining internal controls and adhering to regulatory standards
💡 Work with managers and other departments to streamline and support comprehensive payroll processes

📍Location: Gdańsk
💻Working mode: Hybrid (3-4 days a week on-site)
📜 Form of cooperation: B2B, contract of employment
💲Salary: 70 – 90 PLN / h / B2B
