Responsibilities:

• Manage and reconcile various foreign currency bank accounts, handling exchange rate differences with precision.
• Enter and post cost and trade documents, including VAT and GL transactions.
• Collaborate with international tax representatives to ensure accurate VAT reporting.
• Settle both foreign and domestic business trips.
• Reconcile e-commerce sales reports from major partners like Amazon and Philibert.
• Oversee employee corporate credit card reconciliations.
• Manage warehouse settlement accounts and goods in transit.
• Assist the team in preparing financial statements and additional reports as needed.
• Reconcile VAT accounts diligently.
• Handle customs transactions and ensure the completeness of CMR documentation for intra-EU deliveries.
• Reconcile operations from fiscal registers and issue sales invoices and corrections.
• Create wire transfer orders for authorization and approval.
• Reconcile accounts receivable and payables.
• Prepare GUS and Intrastat reports.

Bonus Points For:

• Familiarity with software like Fakturownia, Klipfolio, and Microsoft Dynamics Business Central.

Job requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Previous experience working with Optima
• Proficiency in English (B2+ level).
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit.
• Exceptional attention to detail and diligence.
• Ability to handle routine work and perform well under time pressure.
• Strong analytical skills and cause-and-effect thinking.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Office/Google Suite.
• Educational background in accounting, finance, or economics.
• Knowledge of VAT and CIT regulations.
• On-site work in Krakow (possibility to work in hybrid model)
