About Our Client

Our Client is looking for a curious, ambitious, Senior TA Coordinator to join the team based in Warsaw. Your primary client group will be based in Warsaw however, you might also get involved with other Global projects and hiring campaigns.


Job Description

  • Providing an exceptional candidate experience through the interview, offer and onboarding process.
  • Managing the interview schedule and logistics between hiring managers and candidates.
  • Scheduling a high volume of phone, in-person, and video interviews.
  • Contacting candidates and potentially conducting initial interviews with them in Polish and English.
  • Maintaining a clear recruiting workflow by updating candidate and requisition status in Success Factors.
  • Working alongside our Employee Lifecycle and HR teams to facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new hires and assisting with induction activity.
  • Editing and posting job advertisements.
  • Sourcing and building pipeline using local job boards, LinkedIn.
  • Managing correspondence with 3rd party suppliers as required.
  • Building positive relationships with candidates and hiring teams, truly representing as a strong brand ambassador for the company


The Successful Applicant

  • Experience supporting in a busy TA function within a volume driven environment, providing exceptional coordinator support to hiring teams and candidates.
  • Knowledge of English allowing for free communication, level min. B2
  • Knowledge of MS Office suite and ATS - ideally SuccessFactors
  • Highly organised, ensuring attention to detail and accuracy are a top priority.
  • Ability to work with evolving systems and structures, demonstrating the flexibility and willingness to adapt to changing environments.
  • Experience in searching and conducting recruitment projects on your own would be a distinct advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills with the proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships across all layers of the organisation.
