PEAC (Poland) sp. z o.o. has been successful in Poland since 1999, we are currently looking for our team in the Shared Services structures:

Collections Specialist

Responsibilities:

1. makes telephone contact and monitors customer arrears

2. gathers the necessary information and documents regarding the current financial and legal situation of customers

3. estimates and monitors the current risk of clients with arrears 

4. prepares and prepares collection documents such as cover letters, calls for payment, notices of termination, payment agreements, restructuring agreements, annexes, documents on the establishment of additional collateral, as well as statements, system notes in LISA and others

5. participates in meetings with PEAC clients with payment arrears (also possible business trips)

6. completes and prepares client documentation for external cooperating companies for collection of receivables, security and collection of PEAC-owned items, as well as their inspection and valuation, etc. 

7. completes and prepares customer documentation for the Legal Department prior to entering into litigation and enforcement or bankruptcy law proceedings

8. prepares and verifies statements and reports on clients with arrears

9. interprets and translates business texts and memos into English

10. prepares reports on portfolio, activities, clients and others as requested by superiors

11. cooperates with other departments in resolving corporate demands as well as actively cooperates with headquarters

12. initiates and co-creates new processes, automations and reports

13. employee performs other tasks as directed by the Supervisor

14. participation in C&R committees

Who you are:

• Very good knowledge of German - at least C1 level, enabling free business communication,
• At least 2 years in a similar position, in the financial industry,
• Knowledge of leasing and credit issues,
• Knowledge of bankruptcy and restructuring laws,
• Knowledge of the provisions of civil and enforcement proceedings,
• Operation of MS Office (in particular Word, Excel and Power Point),
• Knowledge of SAP environment,
• Accuracy and ability to carry out tasks independently,
• Readiness to take on new challenges,
• Availability, reliability,
• Very good organization of work,
• Communication skills, conscientiousness and ability to work in a team,
• Ability to think creatively to solve current problems.
