Responsibilities:

• Document, communicate and validate requirements through techniques such as interviews, walk-throughs, surveys, user stories and use cases
• Build full business case including project benefits, RoE and success criteria, cost estimates and timeline
• Follow the process to obtain project approval
• Plan and execute project E2E on time and within budget including:
• Build Project Charter (scope, organization, risks register, etc.)
• Lead the team during all project phases from feasibility studies and solutions until Go Live, Hypercare and Lessons Learned
• Ensure systematic communication with stakeholders and management as well as execution of required change management and training
• Document: “as-is” vs. “to-be” for systems, processes, and organizations with gap analyses
• Report on project status, lead Weekly Progress Review, Steerco and Arbitration Board
• Ensure the right resources, their engagement and collaboration
• Proactively manage project risks & issues, ensure execution of corrective action plans
• Use a mix of traditional and agile project management

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• PMP or Prince 2 certification preferred
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt practitioner or Design thinking accreditation preferred
• Basic understanding of Agile principles
• 5+ years in project management experience
• Business analyst experience
• Available for travel up to 10%
• Available to work with different time zones

Knowledge and Skills:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Understanding of web technologies
• Experience with Jira
• Understanding of business processes in the various departments/organizations
• Know how to write strong business cases with SMART KPIs
• Ability to understand and respond to business needs in fast changing environment
• Stakeholder engagement and management
• Problem-solving
• Influencing and driving innovation across the organization
• Analytical skills and data driven mindset
• Ability to connect fragmented information to a comprehensive story
• Robust change management and communications experience
• Organizing and facilitating meetings and workshops

• Following a variety of project management methodologies using standard tools, rituals and artifacts
• Ability to multitask, and to work under pressure
• Experience & understanding of the complexity of co-working in a global and virtual project team
