    We are looking for PMO Support Administrator to work on-site at the office in Warsaw. You will join a team of 30 persons (continually growing) working globally with onboarding of clinical studies. Our client is passionate about delivering innovative solutions to patients and healthcare professionals in clinical studies. The digital product development and engineering organization consists of many cross-functional teams. They are spread on different locations around the globe, and this is a dynamic environment where you will be a part of a great team delivering innovative digital products.

    We are looking for a dedicated Support Administrator to support the manager, ensuring an effective onboarding and offboarding of resources to the team. You will have a key role in the first and last impression and see to that all newcomers and those who leave the team will have the best experience.

    Due to constant changes and steady addition of new team members you must possess strong organizational skills, precise attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse group of colleagues around the globe. The role offers plenty of independent work, a wide range of variation, along with the opportunity to work in an environment that contributes to social benefits.



    Overview of responsibilities:

    • Administrate and distribute job descriptions to main suppliers;
    • Support the onboarding of new resources, arranging background checks, ordering and preparing for IT equipment, parking permits and other onboarding material;
    • Ensuring access accounts and access to systems is requested as required and created;.
    • Acting as SPOC for onboarding related questions;
    • Ensuring equipment and accounts are being maintained/replaced/renewed over time;
    • Oversee the offboarding of leavers according to standard operating practices including the collection of IT equipment and account closure;
    • Arrange social team activities;
    • Support with general administrative tasks.


    We offer Employment Contract:

    • 7 000 - 10 000 PLN gross / month


    You might be the perfect match if you are/have:

    • 3 years of previous experience in an administrative role within the IT-sector;
    • Ready to work 100% on-site at the office in Warsaw;
    • You need to be flexible and easily adapt to changing priorities;
    • You are good at communicating and coordinating;
    • You like to get things in order and building effective routines;
    • You have great ability to multitask, work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment;
    • You are skilled at interacting with people in different contexts;
    • You have previous experience in working for a global company.
