Onboarding coordination: in example preparing welcome packs, drafting welcome emails

Internal communication: in example designing graphics for internal events, maintaining an event calendar, updating content on internal web pages, organizing and updating info boards (physical & digital)

Events & company culture: co-organizing events (parties, CSR initiatives), creating posters and invitations, documenting events (photos, summaries), coming up with ideas for local activities, preparing event surveys
- (If you'll be interested in): supporting with data analysis and preparing simple reports

- Enjoys being around people and feels comfortable working from our office (at ul. Cyfrowa 4)
- Wants to grow in a role that connects people with business
- Loves organizing events and capturing how others are having fun (while joining the fun yourself!)
- Understands that a company is built on its people, and from day one it's crucial to ensure they feel good
- Has the empathy to notice when someone may need extra support
- Has some initial, non-commercial experience in the above areas
- Is fluent in English
- (Nice to have) You study or have studied subjects related to HR, psychology, etc.

1. Onboarding (process organization):
Prepare a simple onboarding plan for a new employee joining the IT department. The plan should include:
- What should happen during the first week
- Who should be involved
- What materials should be prepared
Format: PDF; presentation (max. 2 slides) or Word (1 page).
Name the file with your name and surename
2. Answer this question: What is the most important thing during the first days at work from the employee’s perspective? What should you (as someone who represents company) focus on?

- Start date: July
- Working time: 3 out of 5 days (max. 96 hours/month, max. 8 hours/day)
- Type of contract: contract of mandate 30,5 zł/h gross
