Customer Support Specialist with Bulgarian

Location: stationary in our office in Warsaw (Mokotów).
Your tasks:
- Supporting customers in placing sports bets,
- Verifying the age of bettors,
- Division of time: 80% back-office, 10% phone, 10% other activities.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of Bulgarian at the level of min. C1,
- Knowledge of English at min. B2,
- Availability for min. 150h per month,
- Availability for 24/7 shifts. Line working hours: 9:00-1:00 (the project operates 365 days a year).
