Offshore Project HR Specialist

Workplace: Gdańsk; Luanda (Angola)

Main Responsibilities:

• regular contact with the management team and the project implementation team,
• organizing and coordinating the work of the HR team within the assigned project,
• ensuring project staffing according to established requirements,
• acting as the first point of contact for recruited and employed employees,
• responsibility for verification, completion, and archiving of employee documentation,
• preparing proposals for changes in schedules and staffing plans and maintaining and updating the rotation plan in the systems,
• cooperation with the HR department and training companies regarding training compliance, including mandatory certification, travel readiness, etc.,
• managing all practical aspects to facilitate changes/rotation of staff and supporting travel-related activities,
• communicating all new employees joining projects,
• supervision and responsibility for activities related to legal formalities such as visas, work permits, leave, and certification,
• continuous updating of HR systems.

Requirements:

• higher education, preferably in Human Resource Management (Bachelor's/Master's degree),
• experience in a similar position and participation in the operational aspects of offshore projects is preferred,
• proficiency in MS Office,
• willingness to travel abroad,
• strong communication skills in both Polish and English,
• high personal culture and effective communication skills,
• independence in organizing one's own and the team's work,
• being open to new challenges,
• confidence and effective self-management under stress.
