As a Product Owner, you will take ownership of selected products / functional areas and shape them bearing in mind the needs and expectations of over 1 million customers of zondacrypto. You will be a part of the business team that drives innovation in multiple areas including crypto-related products, payment systems, our trading platform as well as new solutions in the crypto space. You will never be bored and you can expect to learn a lot about the blockchain/cryptocurrency industry.
You will be working in a distributed environment where most of the team works remotely.
What you will do:
Your team will consist primarily of backend developers and the products they deliver constitute platform’s core modules. Other teams depend heavily on what your team delivers.
- Support and ensure continuous improvement of the platform;
- Collaborate with developers, testers, architects, managers and other product owners;
- Identification and analysis of requirements, adapting to changes;
- Describing, improving and prioritizing functional areas in the team’s backlog;
- Building a strategy and product vision;
- Creating a roadmap, tracking and reporting progress.
What we expect:
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in a similar role;
- Experience working with backend developers;
- Knowledge of tools such as: jira/confluence, miro, figma, slack;
- Analytical thinking;
- Responsibility and self-reliance;
- Good interpersonal and communication skills;
- Good command of English - ability to create documentation and fluent communication with the international team.
It’s a plus if you have:
- Experience as: developer, software architect;
- An educational background in IT;
- Experience in the financial/blockchain/crypto industry;
- Knowledge of payments/banking/trading.
