ITMAGINATION is looking for Client Succes Manager who will focus on the building long-lasting relationship with our key customers form international markets. Your daily duties will include conducting business development initiatives, focusing on the North American market and Europe. You will be responsible for the market research, companies mapping, initiating, and establishing contact with C-level representatives, building long term relationships with prospects, attending f2f meetings and events. You will be working closely with the Business Development Director & CSO responsible for such actions.
City: Cracow / Warsaw / Remote
Requirements
- Demonstrate a genuine interest in the Technology & IT sector (at least 2 years of experience)
- Ideally already experienced in Team leasing sales and/ or IT services, preferably have a Customer Service background
- Ability to develop strong and long-term relationships with clients
- "I can" attitude and personality with determination, perseverance, persistence, and competitiveness
- Determined to build a customer portfolio from Fortune 500 companies, enterprises, well-established FinTech’s and startups
- Preferably Native English, C2-C1level in minimum
