You will work in a top 52 European restaurant-tech SaaS startup PAPU.io. Take an important part in scaling business to European markets by creating state-of-the-art, performant backends able to process millions of orders per month.
Your daily tasks on the job:
- understand customer-specific needs
- solve customer's problems by recommending a better approach
- plan the deployment of multiple projects and their timelines
- proactively communicate with a customer
- help a customer to go through any obstacles during deployment
- make sure the deployment and onboarding projects went as smooth as possible
- manage a team of IT specialists, prioritize and assign tasks, verify quality
- maintain and develop a knowledge base
- obtain feedback from a customer and use it to improve the process in the future
