Although we are a highly technological company we decided it is high we built our Product Design team. This starts with you: 
you will become the first member and have a chance to lead the team. Ideally, we are looking for someone who can take low fidelity clickable wireframes and transform them into beautiful, efficient UI in XD (Figma) format for the frontend team.

Responsibilities


  • Work closely with PM / PO / Client to establish and refine product requirements
  • Design graphic user interface elements such as:
  • widgets like tabs, menus, form controls, wizards
  • page/app navigation
  • develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly show functionality, look and feel
  • keep up-to-date project's UI documentation and history of its iterations
  • create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches, tables)
  • work with both vector and raster graphics
  • prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps
  • identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)
  • know and adhere to style standards (e.g. fonts, colors, images)

Requirements


  • at least 2 years of proven commercial experience in designing web UI interfaces, wireframes and design interface concepts
  • experience using graphic design tools such as Sketch, Figma, InVision or Adobe Creative Suite
  • basic knowledge of "UI Libraries" like Bootstrap, Ant Design or Bulma
  • experience working in an SCRUM / Agile methodology
  • good understanding of web UX standards and conventions
  • be well-versed in typography
  • excellent written and spoken English

  • portfolio of design projects that you can share during the recruitment process
  • be open to receiving objective feedback and improving upon it.
  • be an exceptional team player who’s experienced in working with agile teams
  • ability to collaborate closely with project manager and developers
