Admin and Finance Assistant
- Type of contract: Temporary (1,5 years)
- Location: Kraków
Key Accountabilities:
- Maintenance of the office space, its hardware and furniture, address failures and necessary repairs to the landlord and building management.
- Enter invoices and journal entries into the NetSuite system.
- Process intercompany invoices and generate payment files for bank uploads.
- Collaborate with HR to resolve invoice discrepancies and request corrections.
- Manage project assignments and employee timesheets.
Required skills:
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Very good English and Polish
Desired skills and experience:
- Knowledge of financial software and tools (e.g., Netsuite).
- Experience working in a multinational environment.
- Familiarity with admin and billing processes.
