Your responsibilities:
As a Customer Service Representative on our team, you will:
- Review customer requests and expectations and respond to them according to their needs and situations
- Manage multichannel interactions (90 % email, 10% voice)
- Develop your skills and learn how to use software solutions that improve people’s lives
- Champion better brand experiences for our customers and clients

Your qualifications
- French language level C1 - native
- Proactive, self-motivated and solution-oriented
- Flexible to work on different shifts (Monday-Sunday)
