    We had the pleasure to be responsible for the people area in companies like i.a. Codewise (by CentralNic), Going (by empik), Kulczyk Investments, Inovo Venture Partners, Ramp Network, Zowie, Infermedica, Aleph Zero, LiveKid, Vue Storefront, JOKR, Foodsi, edrone, Market One Capital, uPacjenta, inStreamly, Kubota, Autenti, Grupa Pracuj, Endego (by Abris Capital), Webcon (by MCI Capital) or Radio357.


    Based on our experiences with such amount of great organizations, companies, and their cultures, we decided to publish the book describing our method of work "Culturivy: The Power of Changing a Workplace", which premiered in 2023 in the USA. The Polish premiere will take place in 2024. We also kicked off Culturivy® Institute as an Institute dedicated to promoting and universalizing the Culturivy® method. It is the only institution in the world with the right to use, educate leaders, and implement this method in organizations.


    Culturivy® Institute powers the podcast "Ludzie z pracy" in Polish and runs the only Masterclass on the market, showing leaders and HR specialists how to increase effectiveness in teams according to the Culturivy® method.

    What is this role about? Your 'general scope' will look more or less like this:


    • providing HANDS-ON long-term HR cooperation to external clients (founders, owners and leaders) in order to build an effective organization by setting up People & Culture area (all within an HR subscription model);
    • solving actual issues with and for our clients (small & medium businesses in all sectors, startups, investors, and growing companies);
    • setting up hiring processes by helping to profile new roles and establishing the most effective selection process (P&C Partner is not the recruiter but helps understand the needs, determine expectations and can be part of the recruitment panel);
    • analyzing trends, drawing conclusions, taking them into account when building processes or providing advice to our clients;
    • developing and implementing the Culturivy® original method on the client's side;
    • being part of the initiatives organized by Culturivy® Institute;
    • representing HR Hints at conferences and other events



    What do you need to succeed as a People & Culture Partner at HR Hints?


    • experience of working as an HR partner for both people and business (yes, we understand that business involves people, but it's about integrating these two domains, for instance, in roles such as HR Business Partner, HR Manager, HR Generalist, and similar positions);
    • experience working with an owner or founder will be a huge asset; if you don't have it, you must have at least 8 years of experience in an HR Generalist role where you covered most HR processes/areas, especially performance management, organization culture, onboarding, offboarding, and leadership;
    • knowledge and understanding of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and startup environments, along with a passion for addressing their challenges
    • ability to create and communicate the outcome of HR activities;
    • growth mindset - which basically means embracing challenges, learning from criticism and finding lessons and inspirations,
    • exceptional communication skills and the ability to build relationships and influence people,
    • kindness and a willingness to help others - it probably won't always be easy, and we won't always walk on rose petals :), but honesty and being ruthlessly fair to the HR Hints team and our clients is what we build communication and cooperation on, so that we can help each other when we need to and - after a while - bathe in champagne together;
    • experience in recruitment and knowledge of recruitment trends;
    • an approach: "an HR professional is a problem solver" - if you know about yourself that difficulties do not paralyse you but are an interesting puzzle to solve, we will get along;
    • an advanced level of English (B2+, spoken and written);
    • fluency in Polish is a must-have;
    • the desire and excitement (which we also have) to build Poland's first HR boutique for startups, small & medium enterprises in all sectors.
