Senior Customer Service Specialist

Your responsibilities

• The day to day management of the customer service levels to our customers
• Building relation with customers logistics departments
• Delivering customer service operational excellence for the polish market by developing long term relationships with internal and external customers.
• VMI implementation project
• KPI management
• Knowledge of export procedures would be advantageous
• Streamlining and optimizing the Customer Service and Order Management processes to drive flawless execution focusing on cost, quality and service to support KHC targets
• Data analysis and structural improvements implementation
• Process optimization

Our requirements

• Bachelor or Master Degree
• Prior experience in a customer service / supply chain role in FMCG
• VMI experience is a must
• Prior knowledge of ERP; SAP OTC order management is an advantage
• Customer oriented
• Advanced in Excel
• Fluency in English
