The Team

SHEIN's Contruction team is responsible to lead and optimize daily operations of our automated warehouse systems, ensuring peak performance and efficiency.

Job Responsibilities:

Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring safety and efficiency.

Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations across all areas.

Manage energy usage and environmental measures for resource efficiency.

Develop and execute maintenance plans, including preventive and emergency repairs.

Lead and manage the maintenance team to ensure optimal facility performance.

Coordinate with vendors for maintenance and repairs.

Identify and execute facility improvement projects on time and within budget.

Collaborate with teams and vendors to meet quality and safety standards.

Manage the facility budget and inventory of materials and spare parts.

Recommend new equipment and technologies to enhance operations.

Conduct safety inspections and risk assessments.

Promote safety awareness and adherence to protocols.

Lead, guide, and develop the facility management team.

Conduct performance evaluations and foster a positive team culture.

Qualifications:

● Ready to work fully on-site in Magnice at ul. Jana Heweliusza 3, 55-040.

● Bachelor’s in Engineering, Facility Management, or related field.

● 5+ years in facility management, preferably in warehouse or industrial settings.

● Proven team leadership experience.

● Knowledge of facility management practices, including maintenance and project management.

● Strong problem-solving and project management skills.

● Proficient with CMMS and facility management software.

● Excellent communication skills.

● Fluency in English.

● Understanding of safety and environmental regulations.

Preferred:

● Certification in Facility or Project Management (e.g., CFM, PMP).

● Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or BAS/Energy Management Systems.

Working Conditions:

● Warehouse environment with varying temperatures, noise, and machinery.

● Flexibility for night shifts, weekends, and holidays.

● Ability to lift and move heavy equipment.
