Content Marketing Specialist

We’re a German digital health product design and engineering consultancy, delivering AI-driven diagnostics, digital therapeutics and sports-tech solutions. We are Berlin based and backed in a joint venture with a mature deep-tech R&D engineering partner in Poland. We help our clients in healthcare and sports to build the right tech solutions fast, reducing their time to market and increasing the product-market fit. Our mission is to improve healthcare, wellness and fitness.

We are looking for a like-minded content marketing professional who wants to help promote our services across Germany, DACH and Europe. We are after someone who loves writing and feels comfortable in the B2B technology space. You will be co-responsible for producing various types of content, e.g. for the punktum.net website, technology reports, health-tech focused educational texts used for social media, case studies or our blog.

Joining a dynamically growing company at this early stage means you can co-create our marketing processes and strategy together with the founding team, bring your own ideas to bear easily, while still having support from the wider marketing team of our partners.

Key information:

• Salary: 7500-9500 PLN net month - B2B contract

It is vital that you:

• Have 3+ years of background as a content writer with experience in covering topics around technology, preferably DeepTech or digital health;
• Developed excellent writing skills proven by a portfolio and a track record of publications;
• Able to deliver quality texts in English;
• Experienced with interviewing experts;
• Familiar with SEO best practices;
• Open to feedback & learning from senior team members;
• Experienced in working with WordPress as a CMS;
• English language skills C1+ and confidence in creating content in English

We will be more than happy if you have:

• Have a very good command of spoken and written German
• SEO content optimization experience;
• Google Analytics and Search Console understanding;
• LinkedIn organic social media - maintaining personal and company profiles;
• Ahrefs, Semrush, or similar tool experience.
• Polish proficiency

You will be responsible for supporting our team in:

• Constant learning and understanding of punktum strategy, clients, products, services, and audiences;
• Co-producing long and short-form content, end-to-end (product websites copy, blog posts, ebooks, case studies, and other sales enablement content);
• Collaborating with the marketing, sales, and engineering teams in collecting information needed to write content;
• Copywriting (social media copy, copy for paid campaigns);
• Optimizing content from SEO perspective;
• Collaborating with the Design Team to come up and prepare visuals supporting articles and website content;
• Editing website content in CMS (no coding knowledge required).
