Your role as a RevOps Specialist

🌲 HubSpot Optimization & Management: Manage and optimize our comprehensive HubSpot CRM, ensuring data integrity and maximizing sales efficiency across our growing marketplace.

🌲 Sales Process Automation: Design and implement automated sales workflows

🌲 Revenue Pipeline Enhancement: Build sophisticated sales funnels and deal progression automation to optimize our host onboarding and traveler booking processes

🌲 CRM Integration & Data Flow: Implement seamless integrations between HubSpot and our marketplace platform as well as other tools.

🌲 Sales Performance Analytics: Create automated reporting dashboards.

🌲 Lead Management Automation: Set up intelligent lead scoring, routing, and nurturing workflows to efficiently manage our growing pipeline of hosts and high-value corporate clients.

🌲 Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to align HubSpot workflows with business objectives and ensure cohesive revenue operations.


Who we're looking for:

🌲 HubSpot Expertise: Strong experience with HubSpot CRM, including workflows, custom properties, reporting, and integrations. Ability to manage complex CRM setups with thousands of properties.

🌲 Sales Process Optimization: Proven track record of designing and implementing sales automation that drives revenue growth, particularly in marketplace or two-sided platform environments.

🌲 No-Code Automation Mastery: Advanced proficiency with automation platforms like Zapier, Make, n8n and others to create sophisticated revenue workflows.

🌲 Data-Driven Problem Solver: Strong analytical skills with experience in sales forecasting, pipeline management, and revenue attribution modeling.

🌲 Startup Mindset: Proactive and solution-driven approach – you actively seek solutions rather than just identifying problems, essential for our high-growth environment.

🌲 Communication & Collaboration: Excellent English proficiency (B2+) and ability to work effectively in a remote, cross-functional team environment.


Nice to Have:

🌲 Marketplace Experience: Previous experience optimizing sales operations for marketplace or platform businesses with multiple stakeholder types (hosts/suppliers and travelers/customers).

🌲 Integration Experience: Experience with API integrations, particularly connecting HubSpot with booking platforms or custom marketplace applications.

🌲 Multi-Country Operations: Experience managing CRM processes across different markets and languages, understanding regional sales nuances.

🌲 Travel/Hospitality Industry: Background in travel, hospitality, or outdoor recreation industries with understanding of booking cycles and customer behavior.
