Customer Service Specialist with Foreign Languages

We are looking for Customer Service Specialists with foreign language skills to fill roles for multiple clients across various locations. We will match job offers to each candidate’s profile, skills and experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide customer support to international clients via phone, email, and chat.

• Answer product/service inquiries, resolve issues, and handle complaints.

• Log interactions in CRM and collaborate with internal teams.

• Maintain high service standards in line with client policies.

• Meet quality targets and KPI expectations.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Good command of English.

• Knowledge of an additional European language (other than Polish) at an advanced level.

• Customer service experience or similar role would be a strong asset.

• Strong communication skills and empathy.

• Ability to work effectively in a team and prioritize tasks efficiently.

• Proficient in MS Office; experience with CRM systems is a plus.
